Beloved husband/soulmate of Jane Doe. Loving father of Jake Doe & his wife June. Cherished grandfather of Julia and Jason Doe. Dear son of Jack and Jessica Doe. Admired brother of Jackson Doe, June (Doe) Smith, and Judith Doe.

THE GIVING SPIRIT

Each year, we inscribe the names on The Giving Spirit plaques at our headquarters in Waltham, MA. The tall glass plaques that line our entry are a constant inspiration for people who visit our offices each day. We are reminded why we strive to secure a world without Alzheimer’s.

As a Spirit contributor, you will be invited to the annual installation ceremony. We will celebrate the lives of those named on the Spirit plaque with an unveiling of the plaque. Private viewing is also available by calling Anna at 617-393-2047.

The giving begins here.

Each year, The Giving Spirit Dedication Ceremony provides the opportunity for
you to honor and celebrate those in your life with a donation to the Alzheimer’s
Association. Your donation will support the important programs and research of
the Alzheimer’s Association and create a lasting tribute.

All spirit gifts of $350+ qualify for recognition on The Giving Spirit Plaque.

Each year, we inscribe a plaque that is meant to bring together the Alzheimer’s
community to celebrate our caregivers, remember those we have lost, and
honor those living with Alzheimer’s.

The plaque is inscribed at our headquarters in Waltham, MA. These plaques line
our entry and are a constant source of inspiration for people who visit our
offices each day. As we pass by these plaques we are reminded why we strive to
secure a world without Alzheimer’s.

We are grateful for our Funeral partners across Massachusetts and New
Hampshire. These organizations have played an important role in supporting the
work of the Alzheimer’s Association.

We are often told stories from families of how they have been able to transform
the loss of a family member into a positive experience for themselves and those
in similar circumstances, by their funeral service provider’s knowledge of the
Alzheimer’s Association.
