From safety and weekly training schedules, to necessary gear, our new training program will help you structure your RIDE prep, answer your questions, and much, much more!
We are thrilled to announce a partnership with Hunter Allen and the Peaks Coaching Group (PCG) who will be providing a comprehensive 8-week training program designed specifically for the RIDE to End Alzheimer’s course distances. This program aims to enhance performance for our avid cyclists and insure safety and success for our novice participants!
Registered riders will have access to a private Facebook group led by our personal PCG coach who will be posting tips and helpful info regularly. This Facebook group is also where participants can interact with the coach and have their questions answered either by posting to the page or sending a private message. We strongly encourage all riders to join this Facebook group in order to take full advantage of this training program!
Not a member of the Facebook community? Not to worry! Weekly emails will be sent out to every registered participant including a summary of the most recent posts to the Facebook group, fundraising tips, and additional resources to help you prepare for RIDE!
