Our highly regarded Alzheimer’s conference, celebrating it’s 27th anniversary, attracts professionals from a wide array of care settings including nursing homes, assisted living, hospital and acute care settings, adult day health, community based programs, home care, rehabilitation centers, hospice and educational institutions.

The highly popular exhibitor area is a great place to promote your unique program and business while networking with elder care professionals. Please note the selling of products is not allowed. As an exhibitor, you will be listed on the MAP website and in our day of conference exhibitor listing. Exhibitor space sells out early so reserve your space now!

 

Exhibitor Hours:

7:45 – 8:45 a.m.

10:00 to 10:30 a.m.

11:45 – 1:15 p.m

Exhibitors can set up from 6:00 a.m – 7:30 a.m. Breakdown ends at 2:00 p.m.

The exhibitor fee per table is $750.

NEW THIS YEAR: One complimentary registration is included for all exhibitors. This complimentary registration cannot be shared and individual MUST register before May 1, 2020.

NOTE: If additional individuals are attending, please have them register separately.

Payment must be received by May 1st to be included in printed materials.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled before March 1st, 50% of fee will be kept. After May 1, refunds are not provided.
